Request a Home Inspection

In an effort to make things easier for our clients we have created a way for you to request a Home Inspection On-Line. Please be aware that we will attempt to meet your requests, however no inspection is confirmed until you have actually received the inspection agreement from us and agree to the terms in it.

Payment is due at the time of the inspection. We accept cash, checks, Visa and M/C. We will bill Escrow for an additional $50 fee.  The State of Arizona requires that the Home Inspection agreement must be signed before the report can be delivered.  Houses over 2500 square feet are scheduled in the afternoon.  If the home is over 5000 square feet, it is scheduled for the full day.

There is no additional charge for Pool Inspections when combined with a Home Inspection. This information is needed for scheduling and inspection agreement purposes.
Additional fee applies, Termite Inspections are scheduled with Pest Control Solutions (PCS) They are a different company therefore payment for the termite inspections should be separate and checks made to PCS. Houses below 3,500 square feet are $55 over 3,500 square feet are $85 www.pestcontrolsolutionsaz.com
If we are using a Realtor lock box we will need the CBS (Call Before Showing) code from the owner of the lock box. If we are using a contractors lock box we will need the combination.
We get along with most pets however we can not be responsible for keeping them indoors during the inspection

Cancellation Notice
A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if the inspection is canceled LESS THAN 48 hours prior to the inspection and 1/2 of the inspection fee will be charged if canceled less than 24 hours prior to the inspection.</p>
