Grandpa Rick Bowling has been doing building inspections since 1991. Second only to his passion for family, comes his passion for construction inspections. Rick loves to learn, and doing inspections gives him unlimited opportunity to do just that. "Inspecting buildings is sort of like raising kids. Every time you say to yourself 'I've seen everything,' they prove that life is full of sometimes delightful and sometimes messy surprises."

Although Rick's greatest pride in the business of inspections is his affiliation with the Indagators, he is also a member of ASHI and the International Code Council. Rick's office has the largest private inspection library in Michigan. Services provided by Rick's firm include home and commercial building inspections, radon testing, wood destroying insect inspections and expert witness work. To date, his staff have completed over 20,000 inspections in southeast Michigan.
