Mark Cramer is the year 2000 National President of the American Society of Home Inspectors, Inc.®
Mark operates a building and home inspection firm serving the Tampa Bay area. His primary business is building and home inspection for individuals purchasing existing homes and commercial buildings. Approximately 30% of his business is inspection of new construction for individuals having homes built. He also serves as an expert witness in legal cases involving construction and home inspection, and teaches home inspection at a state licensed post-secondary school. Prior to entering the inspection business, Mark made a living as a residential contractor, primarily performing renovations of older homes.

Licensed contractor experienced at renovations.
Certified Building Code Inspector.
Past Chairman of ASHI's National Technical Committee.
Developed home inspection software.
Produces home inspection training materials.

Served as National Spokesperson for the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
Numerous public speaking engagements.
Completed spokesperson training.
Authored articles on home inspection topics.
Instructor at local and national seminars on home inspection topics.
Managing instructor at Inspection Training Associates' home inspector training school in Tampa, FL.
Professional Association Experience.

Held numerous offices in ASHI chapters and at the National level including National Secretary, Vice-President, President Elect and National President
Chaired ASHI National Committees including Technical, Conference Planning, & Leadership. Served on Publication Review, Strategic Planning, Standards Committees, and others.
