Gary Randolph is a highly qualified home inspector serving the greater Buffalo, NY area.

Gary received a B.S. in Building Science, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Auburn University. Graduating first in his class, he was president of the Building Science honor society, and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi. After receiving his Building Science degree, he taught structures courses at Auburn and consulted for the Alabama Building Commission.

Mr. Randolph developed software for McDonnell Douglas, IBM, and Eastman Kodak. He also worked in the field of environmental monitoring and has patents in water quality monitoring instrumentation.

Gary’s construction experience began as a teen in New Orleans, and came full circle 35 years later when he went back to help rebuild what Katrina destroyed.

Today, Gary is a full time home inspector and frequent volunteer for the Buffalo Habitat for Humanity. He is licensed by the state of NY, certified by the NY DEC for wood destroying insect inspections, and certified by NEHA as a radon measurement provider.
